FORMER IRONMAN TRIATHLETE
Patty MacNaught
I was no stranger to the gym or working out, but hadn’t been doing much during lockdown and my ego sometimes got the best of me. I knew what my body had been capable of, but now it would not perform as it once did. All of my joints hurt and I had little strength.

Mission
Consistency rewarded me with success. At 71, I feel stronger, younger and fitter than my license tells me I should. As an age group competitor in endurance sports I am back at the top of my game. Ken’s encouragement, no-nonsense approach to fitness, and nuggets of wisdom have been a life changing.

My strength, flexibility, and confidence have all returned. I recently hiked the Inca Trail in Peru and traveled to Guatemala to build houses, neither of which I would have attempted if I didn’t feel equipped. As a grandmother of five, I have the stamina to lift and keep up with toddlers and that is no joke.

Vision
Although I am a former Ironman Triathlete and marathon runner, I no longer have the desire to train for long distance as it doesn’t serve me well in this chapter of my life. I still however, enjoy hopping into shorter distances with confidence and recover quickly.

No matter your age or demographic, if you’re looking for strength, longevity, or just to get fit, I encourage you to reach out to Ken. He will listen and help you achieve your goals. I’m so glad I did.
